Shipping Costs and Modes

Shipping costs are indicated in the order cart.
Shipping in Italy costs € 6 (excluding VAT).
Foreign shipping (European Union - continental Europe) costs € 20 (excluding VAT).
We reserve special charges for shipments outside the European Union territory or remote locations within the Union. The cost of the shipment will always be communicated to the customer.

All shipments are made by courier.
As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments TI VOGLIO BENE are accompanied by a tax receipt declaring the value of individual items in Euros.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the availability of an item. In particular:

The items already available will be shipped in 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
During the sales or promotions period, shipments may take longer.

Currently unavailable items are shipped as soon as they are available. If these items do not become available the order will automatically be canceled and payment will not be required.

Payment is made at the time of order, although the goods are shipped later in the season.
We would like to remind you of the new customers that TI VOGLIO BENE to ask the Bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank. Such verification may cause some delay in order shipment.

Estimated delivery times from delivery date are 2 working days for Italy and 4 working days abroad (Europe). Deliveries may be delayed due to problems related to the courier, for which no liability is assumed from now on.
You are also not responsible for any delays due to transactions and customs controls, or for reasons of force majeure outside your control.

Order Delivery

When the goods arrive, customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the parcel before signing proof of delivery of the shipment. The TI VOGLIO BENE packs are carefully packed.

If for any reason the packaging appears tampered or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are required to sign the receipt upon receipt or to refuse delivery. Jewelery Removal Seals

The ordered jewelry will be sealed with a seal before being properly packaged and dispatched. the seal will allow jewels to test. The customer is required to try the jewel, once received, without removing the seal. Should the customer feel that they are proceeding to the jewelery, they will never have to remove the seal, but pack the jewel without denying the seal. In the event that the seal is removed or tampered with, the customer will lose the right to return and the acquired will be confirmed.



If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, items whose seals have not been removed or tampered with may be returned.
The safety thread or seal on the items to be returned must not be cut, broken or tampered.

Custom items with custom engravings or customizations can not be made

Reset Instructions

1. The items purchased and with the seal intact can be made within and not more than 8 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. To request authorization to resell, you must write an email to and indicate your will to resell , the type of jewel and the address where the courier is allowed to return the parcel.
3. I wish you will be able to contact the courier and arrange for the goods to be taken.
4. The goods must be returned if possible in the same outer packaging used for delivery and in any case must be returned or otherwise must be packaged by the customer in a suitable manner in order to avoid jewels to be made, otherwise the customer will lose the right to the repayment of the purchase.
5. All jewels must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to be an integral part of the product and must not have been damaged and / or damaged in any way or used as a single outer packaging.

1. Upon receipt of the return package, I will be happy to check the condition of the goods to check that the jewel is not damaged and the seal is intact. verify these conditions will be reimbursed for the expense you made,
2. In any case, the customer may ask for a different amount or different color of the same item, if available, or, alternatively, a different article of equal or greater value. The new item requested can be returned following the same procedure.
3. Should the customer request to purchase the same item in different color or size or a different item, this request must be agreed upon with you well in the resell request mail.
4. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card account statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the bank credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.
Refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations may not be reimbursed.

Bad Goods

In the event that the Customer receives defective merchandise, or if mistakes are made in shipments by you, you are required to follow the above instructions. TI VOGLIO BENE reserves the right to apply for photographic evidence before authorizing return for defective goods and to charge shipping costs for returning goods to their premises.

Non-conform Returns

TI VOGLIO BENE well reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or otherwise not complying with all the conditions provided. in particular where it is found that jewel has been altered or tamper-proof, the same will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. The customer will lose the right to a refund.
It is possible that the customer and TI VOGLIO BENE will agree so that TI VOGLIO BENE returns the gear that does not conform to the count but hold it. Any acceptance of such returns will however be subject to a charge of 10% of the value of the returned goods.

For all aspects not explicitly expressed, the Italian rules for distance trading are valid.
